Industrial Research and Experimental Development Project
The objective is to develop a flexible system capable of modulating energy consumption through predictive algorithms and real-time control, integrated with EMS systems via standard protocols.
In parallel, a cloud-based EMS platform is being created to monitor, optimize, and aggregate industrial energy use, featuring predictive analysis, dynamic load management, and compatibility with both new and retrofitted machinery.
Finally, the solutions will be validated at Barnini’s facilities by testing prototypes on real production lines, integrating physical devices, and collecting energy and production KPIs to demonstrate effectiveness, robustness, and scalability up to TRL 7.
